Job summary

Sitemetric LLC seeks an Access Control Officer (PT: Morning) to support on-site construction sites in Jeffersonville, OH. You will manage worker registration, badges, parking, visitors, and deliveries while delivering proactive customer service and ensuring safety and site integrity.

The role requires shift-based hours, a valid guard card, and strong English communication. Travel within the U.S. may be needed. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring maintenance of professionalism under pressure and extending into longer hours.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOP’s) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside assigned responsibilities.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are present and properly scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks for one-time or ongoing needs.
