Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support by creating professional correspondences.
• Generates daily reports; researches student records; enters data in Excel.
• Administers proctoring service for academic and placement tests.
• Provides excellent customer service and directs inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Ensures computers have appropriate software for tests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
