Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support by creating professional and courteous correspondences between test vendors, examinees, faculty, staff, and students.
• Generates daily reports; research student records; enters research data in Excel; completes daily task reports.
• Administers proctoring service for academic tests and provides proctoring for placement tests.
• Provides excellent customer service and provides requested information or refers to the appropriate department.
• Ensures all computers have appropriate software for each test.
• Perform other duties as assigned
