Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Earn $21.00–$25.00 per hour for direct client services, with paid training and opportunities for career growth through our Milestone Moments program.

We offer flexible part-time afternoon/evening schedules, mentorship from BCBAs, and potential reimbursement for RBT exams.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in professional or educational settings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours/week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screening and onboarding requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies and positive behavior support.
• Collect data, track progress, and document accurately.
• Provide services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
