Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA support to children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour for direct client services, with part-time afternoon and evening shifts and paid training.

New BTs will receive mentorship from BCBAs and clinical supervisors, with opportunities for growth into Lead, Senior, or Specialist roles.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings, with ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Pre-employment screening including background check, TB testing, and health documentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete clinical documentation.
• Provide services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
