Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. You’ll support communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

We offer paid training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and a structured Milestone Moments path for career growth. The role supports professional development and potential supervision hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or related setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Pass pre-employment screening including background check and TB testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA or supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and document progress accurately.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
