Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related needs.

This part-time role offers $21.00-$25.00 per hour for direct client services, paid training, and opportunities for career growth through our Milestone Moments program. Afternoon and evening shifts provide flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional or educational setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data, track progress, and complete clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
