Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll work in homes, schools, or clinics, with training provided and paid prior to advancing.

Part-time afternoon/evening opportunities offer growth through Milestone Moments, mentorship from BCBA supervisors, and potential RBT exam reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings, with the ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening and onboarding requirements, including background screening, TB testing, a physical/fit-for-duty exam, and required health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies and positive behavior support techniques.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients’ homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team collaboration.
