Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

This part-time role pays $21.00–$25.00 per hour, with paid training, flexible afternoon/evening schedules, and a clear career path through Milestone Moments. You will work under BCBA supervision with mentorship and potential RBT reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children in a professional/educational/ca caregiving capacity.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Part-time availability 15+ hours/week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and TB/test health docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Deliver services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
