Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and individuals with autism. You will support communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision while earning an hourly wage between $21 and $25.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, growth opportunities, and reimbursement for RBT exam costs for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar settings preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.
• Ability to complete background screening and TB testing per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans and document progress accurately.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to support progress.
