Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. The role supports earning an RBT certification with provided training and mentorship, while delivering evidence-based interventions to foster independence for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for working with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; we provide training and support to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

RBT Certification (in progress or required)
