Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking passionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building programs, collect session data, and work closely with a clinical team to support children with Autism.

Candidates must obtain an RBT certification before providing services; paid training is provided. This role is part-time with a minimum commitment of six months, offering meaningful impact and ongoing family support.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
• Paid training to help eligible candidates earn the RBT certification.
• Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings.
• Part-time positions with a minimum six-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and their families.
