Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a clinical team and help promote independence through evidence-based interventions.

We provide training and support to earn your RBT certification before you begin services, with flexible scheduling and ongoing support as you grow.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services (training provided).
• Willingness to learn and make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
