Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, implementing individualized skill-building programs and collecting session data as part of a supportive clinical team.

We offer paid training to earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, with ongoing support after certification. Candidates should commit to at least six months and enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule to fit personal needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
