Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and collect session data to support positive behavior and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Good communication and compassionate approach when working with children and families.
• Reliable, patient, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs under supervision.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
