Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home and community settings. You will receive training to obtain RBT certification and join a clinical team dedicated to delivering evidence-based ABA services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Commitment to at least six months in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and families.
