Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks compassionate individuals for part-time in-home ABA services for children with autism. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, implement skill-building plans, and record data using digital tools. Training is provided to earn the RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calmness in challenging situations.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
