Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. We provide training and support to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before starting services.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, and access to BCBA schooling program partnerships to advance your career in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
