Butterfly Effects is hiring dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in ABA-based treatment plans. This part-time role offers 12–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA credentials.

Roles require a Bachelor's Degree and RBT certification, with a focus on improving communication, social skills, and self-care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and RBT certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with children is advantageous
• Must have a tablet or laptop for sessions
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe, record, and report client progress daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles in interactions.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Participate as an active treatment team member.
• Complete daily documentation and data collection in our online system.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow policies.
