Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to support children with autism in home and community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision, observe progress, and help clients develop communication, social, and self-care skills.

The role is part-time, 9–15 hours per week, with pay ranging from $24 to $28 per hour. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates passion for working with children and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports progress and client behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors and applies behavioral principles consistently.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicates professionally with parents and team members.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection accurately and timely.
• Maintains client confidentiality and follows BE policies.
