Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Massachusetts. This part-time, fee-for-service role focuses on implementing clients' behavior support plans and delivering ABA-based instruction under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will monitor behavior, collect data, and report findings to the supervising BCBA, while collaborating with families to support meaningful changes in behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months of relevant experience or an associate degree or higher with 12 months experience in relevant settings.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data; report data to supervising BCBA.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate degree or higher in human, social, or educational services or related behavior management

RBT certification by BACB
