Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a Behavior Technician in Massachusetts for a part-time, fee-for-service role. You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and report progress to the BCBA, while collaborating with families to promote meaningful changes.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification or pursuing it, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort working with individuals with developmental disabilities in after-school hours. A valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 12 months experience with developmental disabilities.
• An associate degree or higher in a related field or behavior management certification.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans as directed by BCBA.
• Monitor and collect data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with family and supervising BCBA to support changes.
