Northeast Family Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our growing team. The role supports ABA-based instruction and behavior support plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA, with a focus on collaboration with families to promote skill development.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and implementing behavioral interventions in collaboration with the BCBA and family, while meeting the needs of clients and ensuring compassionate care.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months experience with developmental disabilities.
• Associates degree or higher in human, social, or educational services with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on client behavior to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with family to support meaningful changes in behavior.
