Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our team in Massachusetts. Under the direction of a BCBA, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and report outcomes to drive meaningful change for clients with developmental disabilities.

You'll collaborate with families, maintain reliable communication, and commit to after-school/evening availability. A high school diploma with relevant experience or an RBT credential is required, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have 24 months of experience with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transitional age youth or families.
• Or an associate's degree or higher in a human, social, or educational services discipline or related field with 12 months experience.
• Or BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction under BCBA direction.
• Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report data back to supervising BCBA.
• Work collaboratively with supervising BCBA and client family to support meaningful behavior changes.
