Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team on a part-time, fee-for-service basis. The role focuses on implementing behavior support plans and ABA-based instruction under supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring client behavior, collecting data, and reporting to the supervising BCBA. You will collaborate with families to promote meaningful changes in behavior and support after-school and evening availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months’ experience in relevant settings.
• Associate degree or higher in a human/social/educational field with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience in developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to develop new skills under supervision.
• Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report to supervising BCBA.
