Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to support clients with ABA-based instruction and behavior support plans. This part-time, fee-for-service role requires collaboration with a supervising BCBA and the client’s family.

The position emphasizes after-school/evening hours, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to monitor progress and report data. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in applying behavioral interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction under supervision.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data on behavior.
• Report data to supervising BCBA and collaborate with client’s family and BCBA to support meaningful changes.
