Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based instruction and support behavior plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, data collection, and reporting outcomes while collaborating with families to drive meaningful improvements.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or higher), plus relevant experience or BACB RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months experience with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, or families.
• Associate degree or higher in a relevant discipline with 12 months experience in similar settings.
• BACB RBT certification with 12 months experience in similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans under supervising BCBA.
• Monitor and data-track client behavior; report data to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with family and BCBA to support meaningful behavior change.
• Attend after-school, evening and late-evening hours as required.
