Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based instruction and support planning under supervision in a part-time, fee-for-service capacity. Responsibilities include data collection, reporting to the BCBA, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful client changes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, an associate degree or higher in a related field, and BACB RBT certification with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months of disability services experience.
• Associate degree or higher in relevant field and 12 months experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
• BACB-registered Behavior Technician certification with 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans under supervision to decrease problematic behavior.
• Collect data on client behavior and report it to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior changes.
