Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a Behavior Technician to join our team. The role involves implementing behavior support plans and ABA‑based instruction under the direction of a supervising BCBA, monitoring and data-collecting client behavior, and reporting progress.

Collaboration with families is essential to support meaningful changes. Requirement includes a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or an associate degree or RBT certification with required experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 24 months experience with developmental disabilities or related roles.
• Associates degree or higher in relevant field and 12 months experience with developmental disabilities or families.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience with developmental disabilities or families.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans under BCBA direction and provide ABA-based instruction.
• Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior changes.
