Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to implement behavior support plans and provide ABA-based instruction under supervision. You will monitor client behavior, collect data, and report findings to the supervising BCBA while collaborating with families to support meaningful changes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or an associates degree or BACB-certified RBT with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 24 months experience with developmental disabilities or related populations.
• Associates degree in human/social/educational services or related field with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience in applicable settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans under BCBA direction.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to promote skill development.
• Monitor and record client behavior data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior changes.
