Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team for a part-time, fee-for-service position in Massachusetts. The role involves implementing behavior support plans, collecting data, and delivering ABA-based instruction under the supervision of a BCBA.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (or an associate degree in a related field) and relevant experience, with RBT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 24 months of relevant experience
• Associate degree or higher in related discipline with 12 months experience
• RBT certification with 12 months experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction under the direction of the supervising BCBA
• Monitor client behavior, collect data on behavior, and report data to the supervising BCBA
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and the client’s family to support meaningful changes in behavior

Education
