Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to lead clinical treatment for diverse patients across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. The role emphasizes supervision of technicians, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.

You will ensure 100% supervision hours adherence, manage a caseload, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while staying current with best ABA practices.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• Board-certified behavior analyst certification (BACB) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Mansioni

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for patients.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise plans monthly.
• Direct and coach behavioral technicians in protocol implementation.
• Monitor treatment integrity and make data-driven revisions.
• Communicate treatment responses to caregivers, payers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and coordinate care.
