Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Arbutus, MD is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families to support each client’s progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
