Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Columbia, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and colleagues, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment. Evening shifts offered with potential for full-time as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT Certification.
• Experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
