Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Burtonsville, MD is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support 1:1 ABA therapy for clients in-home, school, or clinic. You will work under a BCBA, collect data, and help families implement strategies.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, ensuring a safe environment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience with children is preferred; RBT certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain an RBT certification.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
