Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Westminster, MD is looking for a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA. You will collect data, follow treatment plans, and work closely with families to support progress.

Prior experience with children and an RBT certification (or commitment to obtain one) are required, as is reliable transport and willingness to travel locally.

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
