Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Denver, CO is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA, and you will collect data on client progress while supporting families.

Ideal candidates have or are willing to obtain RBT certification, prior experience with children, and a reliable means of transportation to travel locally. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
