Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Towson, Maryland is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect data, monitor progress, and support families to reinforce skills in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
