Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help develop communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evening shifts; training and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs are provided. Reliable transportation and after-school availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Comfort working under supervision in home settings.
• Passion for helping families and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
