Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect data on progress, collaborate with families and teammates, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.

Evenings to start with day shifts as caseload grows. Part-time role with opportunities for full-time advancement. RBT certification is encouraged and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
