Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee the daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team within the Parks Division.

The role includes interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and developing associates, and ensuring marketing activities align with corporate goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, generating reports on penetration and show factors, coordinating with sales on tour seats, and managing invitations and tour manifests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in vacation ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage upset owners.
• Ability to multi-task and negotiate effectively.
• Working knowledge of marketing databases.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop employees.
• Lead by example and maintain professionalism.
• Detail oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action as needed.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards and run reports; prepare daily/weekly status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing program changes.
• Maintain invitations and daily tour manifests; resolve tour-related issues; order/maintain departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
