Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee the CMP Marketing Team within our Events Team.

You will interview, hire, supervise, train, and develop associates, ensuring productive operations and alignment with company goals. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with responsibilities spanning reporting, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of marketing experience required, preferably in vacation ownership.
• Knowledge of marketing databases and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution). (45% time)
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards set by management. Run daily reports; prepare daily and weekly status reports including show factors and penetration rates for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs; align with policy changes.
• Maintain invitations and daily tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and maintain departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned (5% time)
