Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team within our Events Team. You will assist in interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and developing associates, while ensuring performance standards.

You will coordinate with Front Line sales, manage tour-related communications, and produce regular reports on show factors and penetration rates to meet corporate deadlines. Travel may be involved as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain professionalism.
• Able to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including handling upset owners.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales on tour seats and marketing programs; adjust bookings and policies as needed.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and maintain supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
