Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee the daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team within our Events Team. The role focuses on staff supervision, training, performance reviews, and achieving marketing penetration standards.

You will produce daily and weekly reports, coordinate with Front Line sales for tour flow, maintain tour invitations and manifests, and support a range of marketing programs while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in vacation ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, hiring and training of CMP Marketing staff; conduct performance reviews; motivate and discipline when necessary.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain invitations and daily tour manifests; manage collateral, uniforms, and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
