Job summary

SP+ is reinventing parking through checkout-free technology and exceptional customer service. The Mobility Specialist Driver represents our technology-driven parking experience on-site, assisting guests, enrolling them in Metropolis parking tools, and upholding safety and policy compliance.

You will support lot and garage operations, maintain cleanliness, document violations, and work with a team to ensure a smooth, friendly experience for all customers across various shifts and weather

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies.
• Document violations using company-provided mobile devices, including photo documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Observe all safety protocols at all times.
