Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis Company) in Aurora, Colorado, is hiring a Mobility Specialist Driver to act as the front-line face of our checkout-free parking technology. You will greet guests, educate them on the parking system, enroll new users, and ensure courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes compliance with parking policies, vehicle patrols, and delivering high-quality customer interactions while supporting daily operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• The ability to safely drive a manual transmission (stick shift) vehicle is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices)
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed
• Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization
• Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies
• Document violations using company-provided mobile devices, including photo documentation
• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas
• Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Observe all safety protocols at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned
