Metropolis Parking is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join our Bayside Marketplace location in Miami. As the face of our tech-driven parking experience, you will greet guests, assist with enrollment, and deliver courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Comfort with mobile devices and teamwork are essential for success and growth within our expanding technology platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages with courteous service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and enrollment.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service.
• Respond to questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol lots and garages to identify vehicles with improper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations per company policies.
• Document violations using mobile devices with photos.
• Maintain cleanliness of lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report debris, spills, hazards promptly.
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty receptacles.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks (cleaning, oil changes).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Observe all safety protocols at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
