Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a dependable Attendant in Miami to manage parking operations. You will guide customers to spaces, monitor vehicle flow, and enforce garage policies with courtesy.

The role requires minimal education, a valid driver’s license, and availability for second/third shifts or weekends. You will contribute to a clean, safe, and orderly parking environment and support maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: reading/comprehending instructions and writing simple notes.
• Mathematical Skills: basic arithmetic with money.
• Customer interaction and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces and assist with questions.
• Count vehicles on location and monitor shift coverage.
• Write and issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and proper uniform during shifts.
• Support the Facility Manager with duties and proper maintenance as required.
• Report accidents, hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
