Job summary

The City of Beverly Hills is seeking a Parking Services Manager to lead and optimize municipal parking operations, oversee metered lots, curb management, and related programs. You will direct a diverse team of supervisory, professional, and technical staff to meet service goals and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates are data‑driven leaders with expertise in PARCS, license plate recognition, mobile payments, and real‑time wayfinding.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in parking operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate comprehensive parking programs.
• Lead staff and manage budgets, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with the California Vehicle Code, ADA, and Municipal Code.
• Present to City Council, Traffic and Parking Commission, and stakeholders.
• Monitor parking utilization metrics and implement technology upgrades.
