Job summary

Diamond Parking Service is seeking a City Manager to oversee parking operations across assigned cities, driving profitability and growth. The role leads hiring, training, rate setting, leases, and contractual negotiations, with accountability for performance and portfolio expansion.

The successful candidate will manage multi-site operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong city relations while reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in operations or business development.
• Strong background in multi-unit management.
• Proficiency in business software, CRM, and revenue analysis tools.
• Excellent communication with landlords, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational leadership and ensure policy alignment with executive directives.
• Hire, train, discipline, retain, and terminate staff, ensuring performance.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, and drive profitability.
• Manage regulatory compliance and city relations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Direct market development and expansion efforts.
